Q: Why are poisons like sodium lauryl sulfate put into drugs?
I was looking at the ingredients in Flomax, and they have sodium lauryl sulfate and industrial methylated spirit 74 OP, now if you look this up online SLS is a cleaning solution and is well known toxic, and methylated spirit is very toxic as well, yet they put this in drugs! why? what is the purpose?
I wonder how many drugs have toxic poisons in them like this.

A: SLS is added in certain products for its thickening effect and its ability to create a lather.
Methylated spirit is used as a germicide in the removal of fungus from skin and cold sore treatment.

Q: I am passing Kidney Stones and Cannot Ejaculate. why?
Hi. This is my second time with Stones and I am only 27. I DO know why they occur but obviously failed at preventing this case.
I have been doing some online reading in order to find my answer and all I can find are guys asking if their ejaculate would help bring out the stone or the fact that they think it CAN but can’t ejaculate.
My issue is that I am masterbating for “recreational” purposes … and cannot seem to pass a load.
I got my case of the Stones on Friday morning, hospitalized of course and I have been at home water flushing them out… yes and I did say THEM. Multiple grains again and again.
I do have a large 0.5 cm one still on its route and think perhaps that this may be causing the problem.
It is now Sunday evening and with little discomfort I am masterbating but.. I seem to have a problem. The orgasm is there but nothing else.

Do you think that the Flomax (Tamsulosin), used to open the passage ways in my Prostate and the Toradol (Naproxen) Anti-inflammatory I am taking is interfering with my ejaculatory duct??

or is there another reason?

Thank You
your a dumb a s s. That is not my question!
I want to know the reasons why I cant ejaculate.
Stick to the question

A: There is a slight possibility of the ejaculate back flowing into the bladder in this type of situation. If your urine is slightly cloudy then I’d say that is what it is.

Otherwise it could be that the meds prescribed are causing it. I believe Flomax has a reported side effect of negating ejaculation. Naproxen being an NSAID wouldn’t affect that process at all. I’d lean towards the Flomax causing a decreased intra-prostatal pressure which would then limit or negate your ejaculation as there simply isn’t enough pressure. Bio-physics at work.
